DelRosarioLaw Partners enriched their relationship with Tokio Marine& Nichido Fire Insurance Co., Ltd. through a Zoom virtual meeting with the latter’s claims team from various offices held on 4 July 2022. The learning session was given by our Partners Joseph Rebano and Florencio Aquino who provided updates on the crew claims landscape in the Philippines. An interactive session on related topics then ensued. Partner Charles Dela Cruz spoke on "Nuances of Retirement Law in the Philippines" at the 2nd HR Compliance Conference held on September 25-26, 2018 at SMX Aura Convention in Bonifacio Global City. It is a fitting follow through to the earlier edition this year also participated in by Atty. Dela Cruz. The Conference was based on the theme: "Sharpening the Saw of the HR Practitioner in Employment and Wage Laws".
DelRosarioLaw Partner Gina Guinto was invited to be a panelist last 8 March 2022 at the Anglo-Eastern Worldwide Women’s Day Special Webinar entitled, “Celebrating SHEroes @ AE”, Gina also spoke on Breaking the Bias - within the workplace and family emphasizing the very important role of women not only in the shipping industry but also to society.
